$2,000 for Orphanage Stairwell

Isaac came and gave a moving presentation to the Club about his life and how he came to be Head of Cornerstone Orphanage in India. It is incredible, his story of perseverance and dedication. A story so important to hear and a man we are so lucky to have met. Thank you Isaac for coming to visit with our Club. 

 

Since Isaac's visit to our Club, Isaac and Richard visited the Rotary Clubs of Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Whitby Sunrise and 2 supporters. One of the supporters they met with is from Isaac's area. Her father lives 45min from the orphanage. She will be visiting Isaac in Dec. 

 

On a side note, Richard and Isaac have managed to raise $1,000 from Rotary Club of Whitby to match our $1,000 to finish the Indian stairway project!
