The Rotary Club of Port Perry honours and awards Chief Kelly La Rocca and Councilor Laura Colwell with the Paul Harris Award for distinguished community service and support. Rotary President Christy Stone-Curry presented the award at the Rotary Gazebo in Palmer Park on July 3rd.
